Safety is our #1 priority. Every player receives a full-face mask, two-piece mask, or safety glasses that must be worn at all times during gameplay. Our Game Host will conduct a mandatory safety briefing before the first game begins.

Yes! Every party package includes a dedicated Game Host & Referee. Their job is to run the games, ensure all safety rules are being followed, and make sure everyone is having a fantastic and safe time.

All you need is a safe, open space for us to set up the battlefield! A backyard is perfect, but we can also set up in parks (with permission), fields, or even large indoor spaces like a gym. Players should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Long sleeve shirts and pants for younger players is highly encouraged.

We can adapt to most spaces, but a clear area of at least 40ft by 20ft is ideal for the best gameplay experience with our inflatable bunkers.

We monitor the weather closely. In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your event to another available date at no extra charge. Your deposit will be applied to the new booking.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 7 days' notice, and we will be happy to apply your deposit to a new, available date within 12 months.
